By creating an account or using Brixor, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Brixor for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so for that business.

• Provide accurate account and business information.
• Keep passwords and API keys confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Brixor provides software for contractor workflows including estimates, contracts, invoices, payments, client portals, projects, and related documents. Features may change as the product evolves.

AI-assisted estimates and documents are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing prices, scope, assumptions, legal terms, taxes, and compliance requirements before sending anything to a client.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are shown at checkout or in account settings. Subscription payment handling is processed through Stripe. See the Refund Policy for refund and cancellation details.

You retain ownership of the business records and client information you enter into Brixor. You grant Brixor the permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that data to operate the service.

• Do not misuse the API, attack the service, or bypass access controls.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use Brixor to deceive clients or send documents you know are inaccurate.

Brixor is provided as software, not legal, tax, accounting, or construction advice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Brixor is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business decisions made from unreviewed drafts.
