Our mission

Give contractors software that respects the job.

Brixor exists to make the paperwork side of contracting feel as sharp as the work itself — connected, professional, and fast enough to keep up with the field.

The story

Built around the paperwork contractors actually dread.

Most contractors are excellent at the work and stuck on the admin. Estimates live in one app, contracts in another, invoices in a third, and the client experience gets whatever is left over.

Brixor started from a simple idea: the estimate you build should flow into the agreement, the agreement into the invoice, and the whole thing into a clean client view — one connected job packet instead of scattered documents.

We build deliberately and describe honestly. The goal is a tool that earns its place in your day, not a dashboard full of promises.

What we value

Principles that shape the product.

01

Simplicity

Business software should feel like a tool, not a burden. Every feature in Brixor is designed to reduce friction. If a task takes more than a few clicks, we rebuild it.

02

Reliability

When you send a client an estimate or invoice, it has to work. We treat the estimate → contract → invoice → payment path as core infrastructure, not a nice-to-have.

03

Contractor-first

Every product decision starts with one question: does this help a contractor do the job better? That focus shapes what we build and what we deliberately leave out.

04

Data respect

Your client data, contracts, and financial records are handled with care and encryption in transit. We do not sell your data or trade it to third parties.

How we build

Field first

The product should work with how contractors actually capture scope — quick, messy, on site.

One packet

Estimate, contract, invoice, and payment should feel like one connected job, not four apps.

Client polish

A professional client experience wins jobs, so the client-facing surface is a priority, not an afterthought.

Honest scope

We describe what the product does today, not an inflated version of it.

See if the workflow fits how you work.
