A Developer's Story
Brixor didn't start in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It started when I watched my father-in-law struggle. He runs a successful remodeling company and possesses every physical skill set needed to build an incredible home. But the technical operations—creating estimates in Word, wrestling with Excel, researching market prices, and drafting contracts—consistently left him overwhelmed and bottlenecked.
I had to step in and help him run the technical side of the business. Coming from a deep tech background—I started using DOS systems when I was just 7 years old and have spent my life obsessively learning new technologies—I immediately saw the gap.
I realized that if my father-in-law was dealing with this, there must be thousands of other incredibly talented small contractors facing the exact same wall. They have the skills to build, but lack the technical tools to easily scale. I love to solve hard problems and bring real impact to life, so I knew this was my chance to fill that gap.
