Summary: All sales are final. Because our platform immediately provisions costly computational resources, database clusters, and AI compute tokens upon your enrollment, we do not offer refunds of any kind under any circumstances. You are provided a 7-day risk-free trial to evaluate the software prior to your first payment.

1. Policy Overview: Strict No-Refund Guarantee

Brixor, Inc. ("Brixor", "we", "us", or "our") maintains a strict, non-negotiable No Refund Policy for all premium subscription tiers, one-time purchases, and API token usage.

By entering your payment information and subscribing to a Brixor premium plan, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is fully earned by Brixor on the date of processing, and that no refunds—prorated or otherwise—will be issued for any reason. This policy applies equally to monthly billing cycles, annual billing cycles, and any promotional initial periods.

2. Immediate Resource Allocation Justification

The fundamental nature of Brixor's software architecture necessitates this strict policy. When a user creates an account or upgrades to a premium tier, Brixor immediately incurs direct, unrecoverable operational costs. Upon your enrollment, we instantly:

  • Provision dedicated cloud server instances on your behalf.
  • Allocate exclusive, high-availability database clusters to securely house your client and project data.
  • Pre-purchase large tranches of Artificial Intelligence (AI) compute tokens and API bandwidth to ensure your estimator tools operate with zero latency.
  • Initiate third-party integrations (e.g., e-signature handlers, secure storage buckets) that charge Brixor non-refundable licensing fees.

Because these resources are instantaneously "fired" and mathematically irrevocably decoupled from our central pool upon your subscription start, Brixor cannot "un-provision" or recoup these expenses from our enterprise vendors. Consequently, you are purchasing the immediate allocation of these resources regardless of your subsequent utilization of the Service.

3. The 7-Day Trial Period

We recognize that contractors require time to evaluate whether Brixor fits their workflow. Therefore, we provide a 7-Day Free Trial for all new premium subscriptions.

During this 7-day period, you are granted full, unfettered access to all Premium features. No funds are captured from your payment method during this window. This trial period serves as your sole opportunity to assess the software, test its capabilities, and determine its suitability for your business.

If you do not manually cancel your subscription before the exact expiry second of your 7-day trial, our payment processor will automatically charge your card for the selected billing cycle. Following this charge, Section 1 and Section 2 of this policy immediately execute, and the payment becomes 100% non-refundable. Claims of "forgetting to cancel" or "not using the software" will not be entertained as grounds for a refund.

4. Cancellation vs. Refunds

Cancellation and Refunds are distinct legal actions on our platform:

  • Cancellation: You retain the absolute right to cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings dashboard. Canceling your subscription guarantees that Brixor will not initiate any future recurring charges to your payment method.
  • Continued Access: If you cancel your subscription halfway through your current billing cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused days. Instead, your premium access will remain active and fully functional until the exact date and time your current billing cycle concludes. At that point, your account will elegantly downgrade to the Free Tier.

5. Account Termination & Bans

If Brixor's automated security systems or moderation staff determine that you have violated our Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI algorithms, or harassed our support staff, your account will be subject to immediate, permanent termination.

In the event of a forced account termination for cause, you forfeit any remaining time on your active subscription. You will not be compensated, reimbursed, or refunded for the remainder of your billing cycle.

6. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Brixor operates a zero-tolerance policy against "friendly fraud" and illegitimate credit card chargebacks. Because our tracking systems verifiably log the exact timestamp you agreed to this No Refund Policy, the timestamp of your trial expiration, and your subsequent IP-logged logins, we win the vast majority of banking disputes.

If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution to intentionally bypass this Refund Policy, the following actions will occur automatically:

  • Your Brixor account, and all associated client data, estimates, and invoices, will be instantly and permanently locked.
  • Your user profile, IP address, and hardware identifiers will be added to an industry-shared blocklist, preventing you from utilizing Brixor or affiliated software solutions in the future.
  • Brixor reserves the right to pursue collections efforts, including referring the delinquent balance (plus any banking penalty fees incurred by Brixor) to a third-party debt collection agency, which may severely impact your personal or business credit score.

If you believe a billing error was uniquely caused by a technical glitch on our end, we urge you to contact support before initiating a dispute.
