Every price you see in a Brixor cost guide, city page, or estimate template comes from a documented process. We publish it so you can judge the numbers yourself.

Every published range is reviewed by our trades content team before it goes live, and re-reviewed on a rolling schedule.

How ranges are built

  1. Each project is broken into standard line items with realistic units and quantities.
  2. Unit prices are set from the sources above, then summed into a base estimate.
  3. A typical overhead allowance (~10%) is applied.
  4. City pages adjust labor multipliers by region; national guides show ±20% as the common range band.
  5. Figures carry a visible “Updated” stamp and are re-reviewed at least quarterly.
